If you’re the kind of leader who tries to protect your people and deliver results, you’ve probably felt the strain: compassion fatigue, hard conversations you keep postponing, and the pressure to “push through” even when something in your body is begging for a different pace.
What if trauma-informed leadership could be sustainable — not just well-intended?
What if building safety and trust at work didn’t require you to carry it all?

MAYBE RIGHT NOW YOU FEEL...
Compassion-fatigued from holding it all together
Unsure what actually helps when your team is stressed, reactive, or shut down
Overwhelmed by urgency culture and constant change
Burned out... but still showing up every day
There has to be a better way!
What if you could feel...
Steadier in your body during stress and conflict
Supported by a community of practice (not doing it alone)
Ready to implement small changes that stick (without burning people out)
Able to lead with clarity, boundaries, and dignity
Shared Language + Lived Wisdom — No buzzwords. Frameworks that work in real conversations, real teams, and real constraints.
A Brave, Gentle Community Space — You’re not doing this alone. A trauma-informed community of practice where your leadership is welcomed, not judged.
An Activation Point — This isn’t just theory. It’s preparation for implementation — so change becomes steady, humane, and sustainable.
This is for you if you're...

The TraumaWise Workplace Summit will run from March 2-6, 2026, featuring a variety of presentations.
All Summit Presentations will be available starting at 10am (PST) on Monday, March 2, 2026.
Each day, we'll feature a selection of sessions under one of our daily themes, and we'll have a LIVE "Watch Party" where you can join with other participants to choose which sessions to watch together.
This event is entirely virtual, so you can attend from anywhere in the world with internet access.
Attend presentations from our lineup of over 18 speakers with trainings on scaffolding, connection, emotional regulation, self-care, burnout, resilience, implementation, and more!
Your free ticket includes 5 days of access to each presentation during the week of the summit.
Join our Workplace Summit Community of community members like you who are already hanging out and gaining practical tools for increasing capacity and sustainability! This is where you’ll be able to connect with the speakers and other attendees before and during the event!
You’ll also have a chance to win prizes by showing up and participating throughout the summit. Just keep track of your BINGO Card and come hang out with us in the Workplace Summit Community for chances to win prizes, including books, co-working sessions, courses, and more!
We invite you to upgrade to one of the TraumaWise ToolKits which include ongoing access to the presentations after the summit wraps up, premium bonuses from our speakers, and more!
You will receive a Summit Participant Guide, access to one Networking Session, and participation in the live Speaker Panels as part of the Summit Welcome Care Package! All of these resources would usually cost you over $1,700, but you get them FREE with your ticket.
You don’t need another workplace training telling you to “build resilience,” “practice self-care,” or “communicate better” — while ignoring the reality that many organizations are built on urgency, overfunctioning, and quiet self-abandonment.
Good news — this is not that.
The TraumaWise Workplace Summit was created for leaders and helpers who give a care — and who feel the weight of that care in their bodies, their teams, and the systems they’re trying to change.
Instead of offering quick fixes that fall apart in the heat of a hard conversation, this summit meets you with:
This summit isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing it differently — and not doing it alone.

HAVE QUESTIONS? WE’VE GOT ANSWERS
If you’re curious about sustainable trauma-informed strategies and practices while leading and supporting others, this event is for you! We’ll be specifically talking to business and organizational leaders - focusing on hope, community, and practical tools for those who want to sustain as they continue to be part of healing and prevention of trauma - but anyone else who wants to get started with how to understand what is needed to support others in the healing process is welcome to join us.
The Workplace Summit runs from March 2-6, 2026. You’ll also be able to join our Workplace Summit Community as soon as you register, so you can join in on the fun right away!
While most of the presentations for the summit are pre-recorded, there are some live elements, and the pre-recorded presentations are only available for 24 hours with your free ticket. So we encourage you to attend live if you can! We would love for you to set aside some time during the summit week to attend the live sessions, watch the pre-recorded presentations, and participate with others who are looking for felt-safety, connection, and co-regulation to sustain you as you continue to be instrumental in the healing and prevention of trauma.
However, if you’re not able to attend all of the sessions live, go ahead and grab your free ticket, and you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to the TraumaWise ToolKit for extended access.
All presentation recordings will be available starting March 2, 2026 and through March 6, 2026. If you need more time, you can always upgrade your ticket to the TraumaWise ToolKit after registering, which will give you extended access to the presentations along with premium bonuses from our speakers and more!
To avoid tech glitches, give you the best possible experience, and keep things easy for the speakers, most of the presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at a scheduled time during the summit. However, the speakers will be hanging out in our Workplace Summit Community with dedicated threads where you can connect with them and ask your questions! There will also be opportunities to join us for bonus live events throughout the week.
No. When you register, you’ll be added to the TraumaWise email list so we can send you updates for the event and links to each day’s presentations. After the summit is over, you’ll continue to hear from us, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
Each of the speakers will have free resources available that you can access by providing an email address, but the speakers will not get your email address unless you choose to give it to them specifically. That way, you only hear from the people you really love and don't have to worry about getting added to 15 email lists that you're not interested in.
You can learn more in our Privacy policy.Yes. All presentations have closed captioning available, and we are creating transcriptions of each presentation for all registrants. An extended workbook with additional notes is also available with our upgrade options that you’ll see after registering for the event.
Please reach out if there’s anything we can do to ensure you’re able to enjoy this event.
If you still have questions, we encourage you to go ahead and sign up. Your questions will likely be answered during the event or in the Workplace Summit Community, which you’ll be able to join right away after grabbing your free ticket.
However, if you need to ask us a question before registering, feel free to send us an email at renae@traumawise.com
