Thank you for your interest in speaking at the TraumaWise Ministry Summit. I'm so excited to team up with you to pull off an incredible event!

The TraumaWise Summit is a 3-day event that will give participants their fill of hope, community, and practical tools for sustainable healing and prevention of trauma in their spaces and places.

In Addition to a Smooth and Organized experience, as a speaker you'll receive:

Revenue
  • 30-50% affiliate commission on the TraumaWise ToolKit
  • Referral bonuses for the TraumaWise + Ready Certification Program for 6 months ($300 for each TW Activator referral, $200 for each TW Trainer referral, and $100 for each TW Advocate referral)
List and Audience Growth
  •  Gain email subscribers through pitching a freebie during your presentation. We'll also put together a guide containing all speaker freebies, which we'll promote outside of presentations.
  • Gain email subscribers through contributing to the Welcome Care Package and TraumaWise ToolKit.
  • A guide to help you maximize your email list growth and revenue through participating (we know you're all pros, but you might find a little nugget or two!)

How the Summits Will Work

Presentations

Presentations will include 18-24 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch).

Community

Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.

Promotion

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have 2-4 weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a Virtual Assistant.

During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the TraumaWise ToolKit. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, early access to all presentations, and a bundle of resources from our sponsors and speakers. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!

All speakers are required to send 1 solo email to their list and promote the summit on their social media.

The first thing I’ll need is your Speaker Agreement, which you can access HERE.

Then, I'll need some basic information from you so I can finish up our Registration Page and Speakers Page. Please submit your information HERE.

Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right? That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the TraumaWise ToolKit where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event.

Payouts will be made by 6/17/2024.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 30% for all speakers
  • 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus 

The pricing structure will be:

  • Fast Action for 20 minutes after initial registration
  • Early Bird from 5/1/2024 - 5/19/2024
  • Regular from 5/20/2024 -5/27/2024

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault (below) includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads. 

Just remember to use your affiliate link (which will be sent to you after we receive your agreement and presentation information).

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
